Prior to Penn State, Heck brought nearly 15 years of management, government, non-profit and higher education experience with a proven success record in facility and event management, finance, operations, sales and fundraising while delivering strategic business solutions across multiple platforms. Heck’s results— growth, efficiency, productivity and improved business operations—speak for themselves. His experience includes developing innovative customer experiences, managing construction projects, building future operating models and strategic revenue generation. Through his work with higher education industry leaders, Heck constantly seeks to identify the best combination of business and technology partnerships to bring sustainable value to the organizations he has worked for.
